FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We are currently delivering only in Brussels. We have a flat rate delivery cost of 3,90 euro. For other cities and locations you can contact us at info@diamondbloom.eu

Can I specify an exact delivery time?

Yes. You can choose an exact day and specify your preferred time between 12-15h. and 18-21h. If you require your flowers to be delivered other time, please contact us via email: info@diamondbloom.eu

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes. We do deliver on Saturdays. However, we do not deliver on Sundays aside from special holidays such as Mother’s day.

What happens if no one is at home at the time of the delivery?

We will do our best to make contact with you or the recipient via contact number that you provided. Undelivered product will be delivered again with an additional delivery charge.

Do you offer pick up?

No. We do not offer option to pick up.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your order in 24h. after you placed it.

We only refund, replace or refurbish items if they were defective or damaged before arrival to our customers.

How do I take care of my flowers?

You can find all information and instructions at our “Flower care” tab.

Will my flower arrangement look the same as in photos?

We work with living flowers. Coming from its uniqueness, it is impossible to guarantee an exact match, although naturally we are doing our best to prepare a composition entirely similar to the one seen on pictures.
